Maehara / Yamadahama area, Naraha-machi, Fukusima. was devastated by a tsunami after the Tohoku earthquake on 11 March 2011. The Nuclear Power Plant was also damaged by the tsunami and its catastrophic failure forced residents to evacuate from their beautiful hometown.
The photographs were taken on 1 September 2013.
